About the Role and the Client:

MarketStar is looking for an Inside Sales Representative based in Bulgaria (Hybrid) to be part of the dedicated team for Iris.ai (https://iris.ai/).

Iris.ai is an AI-powered research intelligence company that develops an agentic AI platform that scales expert-level domain knowledge across entire organizations. For more than a decade, the team has worked at the intersection of scientific research, industrial data, and applied AI, helping researchers, engineers, and business teams reason over complex technical knowledge. scientific knowledge more efficiently.

Iris.ai’s products Neuralith, Axion, and RSpace span the full GenAI lifecycle:

  • Data ingestion across text, tables, figures, and technical formats
  • Advanced RAG and indexing pipelines
  • Agentic orchestration and reasoning
  • Rigorous LLM evaluation and governance

What Will You Do?  

  • Lead Qualification & Discovery – Identifies business needs, validates fit, and uncovers opportunities
  • Pipeline Management – Prioritizes, tracks, and advances opportunities with strong CRM discipline (HubSpot experience will be considered a plus)
  • Lead Nurturing – Builds multi-touch engagement to convert and retain prospects
  • Outbound & Inbound Excellence – Strong across calls, emails, events, and follow-ups
  • Research potential customers to shape and build new businesses.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to maximize the conversion of leads into paying customers.
  • Effectively manage and develop customers so they develop into long term business relationships.
  • Work with sales tools, G-suite services, Microsoft Office, Linkedin, and Chrome extensions;
  • Handling responses: work with objections, schedule appointments, follow-ups;
  • Management and achievement of monthly and quarterly sales KPI goals.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to identify strategies and processes to better achieve revenue goals.

What Will You Need to Succeed?  

  • 18 – 24 months SDR in SaaS/ AI / IT Services space mid-market to enterprise.
  • Exceptional skills in prospecting, discovery, and presentation.
  • Fluent English speaker.
  • Strong sales aptitude skills, solutions oriented with a passion for customer experience.
  • Highly collaborative and results-oriented with proven success in sales attainment and ability to excel in a team environment.
  • Tech-savvy with an affinity for innovative and emerging technology.
  • Self-reliant, adaptable, decisive, and professional; able to effectively multi-task in a dynamic environment.
  • Expert ability to serve as product and service advocate for the client building interest and awareness of client value proposition.
  • Ability to quickly articulate technical and business value propositions via phone and email.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including outstanding sales presence and presentation skills.

Compensation Range: €24,000 Gross per Year plus an additional bonus based on performance.
