Your next career opportunity
In this role, you will provide engaging customer service in our flagship merchandise shop and online channels.
You will maximise sales, maintain high visual merchandising standards, and support smooth daily operations and casual staff.
What you will deliver:
- Deliver friendly, proactive customer service in-store, by phone, and via email to drive strong sales.
- Operate POS systems accurately, handling payments, returns, exchanges, and end-of-shift reconciliations.
- Maintain attractive visual merchandising, stock presentation, and replenishment that supports brand standards and commercial performance.
- Coordinate stock receiving, pricing, stocktakes, and inventory records, including online order processing and dispatch.
- Support casual staff during shifts, escalating complex customer or operational issues to the Retail Coordinator when required.
You may be a great fit if you:
- Bring experience in retail or customer service roles, including face-to-face sales and upselling.
- Demonstrate competency with POS systems, secure cash handling, and accurate end-of-day reconciliation.
- Use desktop applications confidently and enter data accurately into business or inventory systems.
- Apply an eye for detail to visual merchandising and maintaining attractive, commercial in-store displays.
- Manage time and priorities effectively, following procedures while exercising sound judgement within clear guidelines.
- Understand workplace health and safety obligations and basic loss-prevention principles in a retail environment.
