Manufacturing Engineer

The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes within a machine shop environment to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective production. This role supports machining operations by optimizing workflows, improving quality, reducing waste, supporting new product introduction, and ensuring manufacturing readiness. The Manufacturing Engineer works closely with production, quality, maintenance, and leadership teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
