We’re seeking reliable, detail-oriented Prep Cooks who support kitchen operations through efficient prep, organization, and consistency. This role is ideal for culinary professionals who thrive in high-volume environments and take pride in precision and teamwork.
What It Takes to Succeed
Prepare ingredients and execute prep lists accurately and efficiently
Maintain proper food quality, freshness, and portion control standards
Follow recipes, measurements, and kitchen procedures with consistency
Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards
Monitor inventory, pars, and ingredient levels to support service needs
Communicate effectively with chefs and kitchen team members
Minimize waste and support overall kitchen efficiency

2+ years of prep cook or kitchen experience preferred
Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations
Ability to follow recipes, convert measurements, and work with precision
Valid Food Handler Card (or ability to obtain); ServSafe preferred
Equivalent combination of education and experience considered
