Your responsibilities
HR Administration & Document Management: Prepare and maintain HR-related documents (including addendums, contract changes, and certificates) and ensure accurate and up-to-date master data in HR files and in Workday.
Onboarding Coordination: Manage the full onboarding lifecycle, liaise with internal stakeholders, communicate with new joiners, and organize their first day.
Recruiting Support: Conduct prescreenings based on defined criteria, coordinate interviews and scheduling, and handle standardized candidate communication.
Payroll & Benefits Support: Provide all relevant documents and preparatory information required for monthly payroll processing.
Training Administration: Support the organization of internal trainings, coordinate language courses, and maintain participant and budget tracking.
HR Services: Manage the central HR inbox, handle standardized inquiries, and maintain central HR templates and FAQs.
Your profile
Professional Experience: Completed commercial training—ideally with an HR focus—or a comparable qualification. Initial experience in operational HR work, HR assistance, or HR service functions.
Administrative Strength: Enjoyment of structured, administrative tasks paired with a high commitment to data and process quality.
System Proficiency: Confident use of HR systems; initial experience with Workday is an advantage.
Attention to Detail: A careful, reliable, and highly precise working style—particularly when handling contracts, data, and deadlines.
Service Orientation: Strong service mindset, excellent communication skills, and a professional presence.
Team Spirit: High level of collaboration, hands-on mentality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Availability: Ideally, you are available for approximately 20 hours per week.
Languages: Fluent German skills (written and verbal) and very good English skills.
