As a Guru you will be accountable for:

  • Oversee daily HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management, ensure efficient and effective delivery of HR services

  • Administer monthly time attendance, payroll processing, social insurance, PIT and employee benefits, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance while addressing employee inquiries

  • Manage employee status changes, promotions and transfers. Be in charge of offer, labor contract preparation, issuance, amendment and renewals

  • Develop, review and update HR policies, regulations, procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with company policies and and applicable labor laws and regulations

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR database, ensuring accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, security of employee information while generating regular and adhoc HR reports.

  • Administer and optimize HRIS/HCM and other HR systems. Provide user support and training, recommend system enhancements to improve operational efficiency and employee experience

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures, compensation & benefits

  • Update labor law and other related regulations, ensure compliance with statutory regulations

  • Participate in projects and recommend initiatives for streamlining HR processes, HR digital transformation and improving operational effectiveness

  • Prepare statutory labor reports, HR reports. Participate in HR audits to ensure full compliance.

  • Liaise with government authorities on statutory matters, while maintaining effective working relationships.

  • Support in execution of employee engagement programs and provide administrative support to foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive workplace culture.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Proven years of similar experience in managing HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.

  • Familiarity with HR best practices and procedures.

  • Exhibits strong customer service skills, with the ability to provide supportive and responsive HR services to employees.

  • Strong understanding of Labor Law, Social Insurance, PIT and other statutory requirements.

  • Proficient in using HRIS/ HCM and other HR technology solutions (Workday, BIPO, etc.). Comfortable with generating reports and managing data accuracy.

  • Proficient in MS Office applications, esp. MS Excel (PowerBI is an advantage).

  • Good communication skills

  • Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills

  • Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement orientation and the ability to contribute to HR process optimization

  • High level of accuracy, integrity and confidentiality
