Compensation

• Pay Range: $38.00 - $45.00 per flat-rate hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
• Production Bonuses Available – Top performers have the opportunity to significantly increase their earnings through additional bonus opportunities.

Work Schedule

• Full time; Monday – Friday- One Saturday shift every 3 weeks

What We Are Looking For:

• Previous automotive technician experience required
• Audi, Volkswagen, European, or luxury brand experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• ASE certifications are a plus

The Flat Rate Range for this position is $17.87 - $62.45. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Bonuses based on Production Productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
