About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and highly organized Chief of Staff to partner closely with executive leadership and help drive operational efficiency across the business. This role will streamline decision-making, improve cross-functional coordination, and ensure the organization remains focused on the highest-impact initiatives to accelerate growth and execution.

Responsibilities

  • CEO decision support: Distill complex, cross-functional inputs into crisp briefs, recommendations, and clear “next actions” for the CEO and senior leadership team.
  • Strategic analysis & modeling: Build decision frameworks and multi-layered financial models to evaluate investments, partnerships, and strategic initiatives (e.g., scenario analysis, ROI, sensitivity cases).
  • Priority management: Rapidly assess competing priorities, identify what matters most, and drive alignment on timelines, owners, and expected outcomes.
  • Executive operating rhythm: Lead the cadence of leadership meetings (agenda-setting, pre-reads, notes, action tracking), ensuring decisions turn into accountable execution.
  • Cross-functional execution: Drive critical, high-impact initiatives from concept to delivery by coordinating stakeholders, removing blockers, and ensuring measurable results.
  • Operational leadership: Improve workflows and operating processes across the business—identifying inefficiencies, redesigning processes, and delivering cost, speed, or quality gains.
  • Research & insights: Use data, market research, and competitive intelligence to inform CEO decisions, especially in technology/media/telecom and adjacent sectors.
  • Project management oversight: Manage complex, multi-workstream projects with clear business impact; track milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigations.
  • Influence without authority: Lead through strong relationships and executive presence—aligning leaders and teams even when incentives or viewpoints differ.
  • Communication & alignment: Serve as a connector between the CEO and the organization; translate strategy into clear messaging for senior leaders and broader teams.
  • Confidentiality & discretion: Handle sensitive information with maturity and care; operate effectively under pressure and tight timelines.
  • Tool-driven rigor: Create high-quality materials in PowerPoint/Excel/Word, including executive narratives, dashboards, models, and stakeholder-ready updates; leverage operational/project tools as needed.
  • Industry-facing support (preferred): Support CEO initiatives connected to the gaming ecosystem (partnerships, market analysis, industry trends) where relevant.

Key Competencies

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to use data and research to support sound decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly assess competing priorities, identify what matters most, and surface the most critical insights or actions for executive decision-making.
  • Highly collaborative, with strong interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to lead through influence rather than authority.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with project management and operational tools is a plus.
  • Comfortable building decision frameworks and financial models to support investment, partnership, and strategic decisions.
  • Ability to balance long-term strategic goals with near-term execution, consistently delivering measurable outcomes.

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in a high-growth consumer technology, gaming, or digital entertainment company — ideally with exposure to social casino, sweepstakes gaming, or mobile/web-based gaming platforms.
  • Direct experience supporting executive leadership through complex, cross-functional initiatives including product launches, market expansions, or platform scaling.
  • Hands-on experience managing business operations, strategic projects, or company-wide workflows with measurable outcomes tied to revenue, retention, or player growth.
  • A track record of driving process improvements that reduced operational friction, improved team velocity, or accelerated go-to-market execution.
  • Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment requiring sound judgment, confidentiality, and the ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality.
  • Experience navigating the regulatory and compliance landscape of sweepstakes, social gaming, or real-money gaming (Preferred).
  • Familiarity with gaming KPIs such as DAU/MAU, ARPU, LTV, player acquisition costs, and churn — and comfort translating these into executive-level strategy (Preferred).

Total Starting Compensation including Base + Bonus: $203,000

Location: Onsite in Las Vegas, NV

Travel Requirement: Less than 10%
