As O2C and SC cost analysis Manager, you’ll manages mainly daily sales order, billing and invoicing as well as in SAP. You will communicate with cross-functional teams and warehouse related to order management.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing daily sales order processing and billing activities to ensure timely dispatch.
- Maintain and update the customer master data and mapping accurately.
- Manage return, credit/debit posting.
- Manage monthly/year-end sales closing, including tax invoice issuance and preparation of internal reports.
- Manage and report dispatch details of HFF and pharmaceutical products to the government authorities.
- Lead and prepare the monthly/yearly supply chain cost with finance team.
- Support the measurement and delivery of service levels and OTIF target.
- Support the measurement and delivery of the target on ‘No order touch’ (auto release).
- Collaborates with key stakeholders, including accounting authorities/auditors.
- Address and resolve order related SAP issue, including data interface. Provide guidance to order processors on order related issues.
- Manage ordering website and oversee the third-party vendor responsible for its maintenance.
- Lead cross-functional communication on order management.
- Support (or SME) SCM Project
Requirements:
- Preferred University degree in Finance, IT or Supply Chain.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in O2C or SCM, ideally within the FMCG industry.
- Previous experience in related function (Sales order/ Billing, Reporting, Customer management, Customer master management etc) preferred.
- Proficiency in English and Korea is required. (spoken and written).
- SAP skills highly desirable.
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
