Job Description
Summary/objective
The Benefits Implementation Specialist will be responsible for assisting our customers with the design and implementation of their isolved solution. As functional experts, they will help lead the customer in the build, testing and implementation of their SaaS software solution and associated business processes.
Essential Job Functions
- Lead new customers through isolved benefits implementations, ensuring their benefits, payroll and HR business processes are set up effectively.
- Plan and review key project timelines with customers to ensure deliverables and "go lives" are achieved.
- Escalate potential issues early to resolve without affecting implementation timeline.
- Contribute to the evolution and improvement of the Implementation process and how we can more efficiently meet the needs of the customer.
- Builds solution, customer, and industry knowledge by leveraging the appropriate resources (internally at isolved and externally at the customer).
- Oversee and enforce company and departmental policies,
- Coordinate and report critical issues to project manager; works with third party resources where appropriate.
- Responsible for configuration and testing of application modules and project managers on defining the project plans.
- Contribute to the continuous improvements of the implementation group including processes, implementation methodology, and supporting tools/materials.
- Guide and drive clients towards the best solution for their business needs.
- Analyze client's existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes.

Supervision
Normally receives little instruction on daily work, general instructions on newly introduced assignments. Routine assignments are performed independently unless problems occur.
Experience
Typically requires a minimum of 5+ years of related experience.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of benefits implementation experience
- Fluent English
- Technical understanding and capabilities
- Attention to detail, teamwork, initiative driven
- Four-year degree or equivalent education and business experience
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Passion for customer satisfaction
