Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced and data-driven Benefits Administration Analyst EMEA to join our Global Benefits team.

In this role, you will be responsible for executing the end-to-end administration, vendor implementation, and operational governance of benefit plans across your designated region (EMEA), balancing global corporate consistency with vital local compliance.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

  • Execute End-to-End Benefits Administration: Manage lifecycle operations for regional benefit plans, including vendor implementation, onboarding/offboarding, and annual open enrollments, plan renewals, and resolving complex employee escalations.
  • Drive Data Integrity & Quality Assurance: Set up and conduct routine QA on data files, manage eligibility tracking, and extract insights using HR systems like Workday and ServiceNow.
  • Manage Vendor Performance & Billing: Monitor vendor KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), while handling routine billing administration, PO setup, invoice reviews, and payment processing.
  • Ensure Compliance & Audit Readiness: Track regional regulatory obligations for benefit and paid-time-off (PTO) programs, update the compliance matrix, and maintain documentation to seamlessly fulfill audit requirements.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Draft clear employee-facing benefit communications and partner closely with the Benefits Center of Excellence (COE), Total Rewards peers, and local HR teams to drive programmatic awareness.

What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Progressive experience in international benefits administration within the targeted region.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems and data analysis, with proven capability in managing complex data sets and census files. Practical knowledge of Workday and ServiceNow is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability in problem-solving and stakeholder management within a matrixed corporate environment, demonstrating the organizational agility to manage competing priorities.
  • Professional fluency in verbal and written English is required; proficiency in French/ Polish/ Hungarian or Spanish is highly advantageous
