We're looking for a Financial Services & Employee Benefits Consultant to support individual and corporate clients with pensions, investments, protection, and employee benefits solutions. How you'll make an impact You'll work closely with individual and corporate clients to understand their financial goals, employee benefits requirements, and long-term plans. From conducting detailed reviews and creating tailored recommendations to supporting pension, investment, protection and group risk arrangements, you'll help clients make informed decisions with confidence. A key part of your role will be growing and strengthening relationships. You'll maintain and develop existing client partnerships, build new connections through networking and referrals, and collaborate with accountants, solicitors and other professional contacts to identify new opportunities. You'll also support referrers through regular coaching and guidance, helping them recognise opportunities to connect clients with the right solutions. Your expertise will extend across pensions, investments, protection, healthcare, corporate pension schemes, group life assurance and group income protection. You'll oversee employee benefit arrangements from implementation through to renewals, re-broking, claims support and member communications, while keeping clients informed of relevant market developments and legislative updates. Key areas of focus include: Growing new business income through compliant, client-focused advice Building and maintaining long-term client and referral relationships Managing employee benefit and group risk schemes Conducting financial reviews and preparing personalised recommendations Researching market solutions to meet client needs Supporting clients through changing financial circumstances Producing clear and meaningful financial reports Keeping clients informed about product and legislative developments About you QFA (Qualified Financial Adviser) qualification in line with the Central Bank of Ireland's Minimum Competency Code A retirement planning or employee benefits qualification such as RPA or CFP certification Experience advising clients on pensions, investments, protection, employee benefits and group risk solutions Knowledge of corporate pension schemes, group life assurance, group income protection and healthcare arrangements Experience building relationships with clients, professional introducers and business stakeholders Ability to explain complex financial concepts in clear, straightforward language Experience carrying out client reviews, financial analysis and recommendation reporting Ability to manage multiple client priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Commitment to maintaining Minimum Competency Code and annual CPD requirements Understanding of the Irish financial services and employee benefits market
