About This Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supply Planner to support planning operations for our regional manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for developing and executing supply plans that ensure optimal inventory levels, service performance, and production continuity while balancing manufacturing capacity, material availability, and forecast variability. The Supply Planner will collaborate closely with Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics and Customer Fulfillment teams to convert demand forecasts into executable production and replenishment plans, while driving continuous improvement in supply planning processes and inventory strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Planning & Inventory Management
Develop and execute supply, inventory, and production plans to balance demand, capacity, inventory, and customer requirements.
Monitor forecast changes, supply risks, inventory levels, and production constraints through SIOP/S&OP and S&OE processes.
Drive inventory optimization initiatives including safety stock, inventory turns, and E&O reduction.
Support capacity planning, fulfillment strategies, NPIs, promotions, and expedite/de-expedite activities.
Supplier, Factory & Operations Coordination
Partner with factories, suppliers, warehouses, and procurement teams to improve lead times, delivery performance, and operational execution.
Partner with manufacturing to develop and adjust production schedules, schedule attainment, shortages, and fulfillment risk management.
Ensure accurate communication of delivery dates, forecasts, and work orders.
Support multi-site supply planning and allocation decisions, balancing cost, lead time, and service risk.
Standardize planning and SIOP/S&OP processes to improve execution and customer service.
Systems, Data & Reporting
Maintain planning system accuracy including lead times, transit times, service levels, and delivery data.
Lead data-driven analysis of supply performance (OTIF, inventory, attainment, capacity utilization) and translate insights into actionable supply plan adjustments and business recommendations.
Support KPI reporting, dashboards, leadership presentations, and ERP/system implementation projects.
Communicate supply risks, recovery plans, and operational performance updates to stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Customer Support
Partner with Customer Service and cross-functional teams to support customer expectations and operational alignment.
Communicate supply risks, constraints, and recovery plans across the organization.
Identify root causes and implement corrective actions to improve service and operational performance.
Demonstrate strong situational awareness and collaboration to support effective decision-making.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
3+ years of experience in supply planning, production planning, or related supply chain roles.
Preferred Qualifications
Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Experience with backlog management, customer fulfillment, and service performance.
Experience supporting SIOP and S&OE processes in a multi-site environment.
Proficiency with ERP/planning systems such as JDE, Oracle, Kinaxis, S099, or similar.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel and Power BI.
ASCM certification (CPIM/CSCP) is preferred.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
