Senior Consultant (m/f/d) SAP HCM & Cloud Integration - German-wide

Your area of responsibility

• Design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors integrations using Business Integration Builder (BIB)
• Integration of SAP Cloud solutions with on-premise systems (e.g. S/4HANA, SAP ERP, SuccessFactors, ADP)
• Development and optimization of interfaces (API, OData, SOAP, REST) between SAP and third-party systems
• Creation of ABAP developments (BADI, BAPI, Web Dynpro) for SAP HCM
• Design and implementation of cloud and hybrid architectures with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform)
• Development of data architectures with SAP Data Intelligence and Cloud Integration Services
• Error analysis and troubleshooting of interface problems between SAP and SuccessFactors (e.g. SLG1 logs, replication errors)
• Support with the migration of HR data from ERP to the cloud
• Implementation and maintenance of authorization concepts for SAP HCM & Cloud

Your profile

• Experience with SAP BTP, SAP Cloud Integration (SCI, CPI), MuleSoft and API-supported integration
• ABAP development (enhancements, reports, Adobe Forms) and Web Dynpro for SAP HCM
• In-depth know-how in SAP SuccessFactors
• Familiar with SAP Security & Authorization Management for HCM & SuccessFactors
• At least 5 years of experience in SAP HCM & SuccessFactors integration or cloud architecture
• Experience in implementing and optimizing interfaces between SAP and third party systems
• Understanding of SAP Payroll relevant data flow as well as Employee & Organizational Data Replication
• Language skills: English (fluent) and German (beneficial)
