Job Summary:

This role supports production planning and scheduling to ensure materials, resources, and timelines align so manufacturing runs efficiently and meets delivery commitments.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  •  Assist in maintaining daily production schedules for manufacturing operations

  •  Communicate changes or delays to stakeholders

  •  Monitor production progress and identify gaps or delays

  •  Generate reports on output, capacity, and schedule adherence

  •  Ensure materials are available for scheduled jobs

  •  Flag shortages or risks early

  •  Enter and maintain data in systems like SAP, Oracle, or similar

  •  Keep and maintain work orders, schedules, and inventory statuses

Job Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or associate degree preferred

  • 1–3+ years of experience in cleanroom assembly, electronics manufacturing, or optical/mechanical assembly

  • Strong organizational and planning skills

  • Familiarity with electrostatic discharge (ESD) and contamination control practices

  • Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions, drawings, and specifications

  • Basic computer skills for data entry and manufacturing systems

  • Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time

  • Must be able to lift 40 lbs., unassisted

Applicants must be either a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, legal permanent resident, asylee, refugee or must be eligible to apply for and obtain the appropriate export control license from the U.S. Departments of State or Commerce.

  

Salary Range:

$34,300.00-$45,700.000

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, local regulations (such as minimum wage), education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
