Job Description
IOM Sri Lanka is seeking a consultant to conduct a Policy Gap Analysis on integrating human mobility into climate change, disaster risk reduction, adaptation, resilience, and related national policy frameworks. The assignment will support the EU-funded Comprehensive Approach to Climate Mobility in South Asia project by identifying existing policy gaps, entry points, and opportunities to strengthen rights-based and inclusive governance responses to climate-induced migration, displacement and planned relocation in Sri Lanka. The analysis will contribute to evidence-based policy engagement and support the review and operationalization of Sri Lanka’s Climate Mobility Roadmap.
