Senior Content Quality Analyst - Deals & Private Markets

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Data Quality & Analysis

• Conduct timely and in-depth data investigations using diagnostic, descriptive, and statistical techniques during research and data processing workflows
• Identify, analyze, and resolve issues related to data integrity, missing data, and inconsistencies
• Ensure high levels of accuracy and quality in data processing by adhering to defined quality metrics and collection policies
• Leverage knowledge of private markets (e.g., private equity, venture capital, M&A deals) to validate and enrich datasets

Private Markets Support

• Support the collection, validation, and enrichment of private markets deals data using approved sources
• Apply domain expertise to interpret financial data, transaction structures, and investment activities
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to source and verify private markets information
• Contribute to building reliable datasets that support research, analytics, and client deliverables

Project Execution & Delivery

• Process and deliver data accurately and timely using established tools, systems, and methodologies
• Support and execute complex or high-priority projects, ensuring delivery meets or exceeds defined KPIs and SLAs
• Participate in new business proposals by providing data insights, feasibility inputs, and operational support
• Assist in ongoing strategic and operational project work as required

Client Support & Issue Resolution

• Lead and support resolution of client queries and data cases for Private Markets by investigating and working with Production teams to fix underlying data issues
• Work closely with client-facing teams to understand requirements and provide data-driven solutions

Team Development & Collaboration

• Support training, mentoring, and development of junior analysts to enhance team capability
• Share market knowledge, best practices, and process expertise within the team
• Collaborate cross-functionally with global teams to ensure efficient data sourcing and processing

Process Improvement & Innovation

• Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer experience
• Contribute to automation initiatives and workflow optimization
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines
