Facilities Specialist

As a Facility Specialist you will assist in overseeing daily operations concerning the facilitates of multiple Ophthalmology and Optometry practices, aiming for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness. You will ensure that equipment and facilities are utilized efficiently and kept in top condition.

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday).

Location & Travel: This position supports both our Cleveland Eye Clinic and Parschauer Eye Center locations. Reliable travel between sites is required; candidates must possess a valid driver's license.

• Liaison to fire, generator and HVAC vendors
• Minor vehicle maintenance
• Painting
• Vacuuming
• Trash disposal
• Landscaping
• Snow removal
• Lamp/bulb changes
• Hang pictures and cabinets
• Furniture assembly
• Move and store furniture and equipment

What you know

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive a work van
• Familiar with painting
• Able to lift or transport up to 75 pounds

• Expertise in maintenance practices and procedures
• HVAC and light electrical work experience
