Mesmerize, a segment of MJH Life Sciences and a leader in out-of-home and point-of-care advertising, is seeking a Territory Manager to grow our point-of-care network in the Dallas, TX market. You will recruit physician offices and healthcare locations into our Digital Waiting Room and Static Wallboard programs, building and managing a high-performing territory from the ground up. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated hunter who thrives on in-person prospecting, treats their territory like their own business, and delivers superior service to every office in their network. This role is for someone who is organized, entrepreneurial, and uses every tool available — including AI — to prospect smarter, route more efficiently, and consistently hit their recruitment goals.
What You'll Do
- Recruit new physician offices and healthcare locations into Mesmerize's Digital Waiting Room and Static Wallboard programs through in-person cold calling, phone outreach, and email and mailer campaigns
- Use AI tools to improve prospecting research, outreach personalization, route planning, and Salesforce documentation — working more efficiently across every part of the territory management cycle
- Build a strong pipeline of new offices within your first two months and maintain it to achieve 100% of quarterly and annual recruitment goals for your assigned territory
- Average 10 or more field calls per day, routing two weeks of cold calls and follow-up meetings in advance to maximize efficiency and coverage
- Get to the decision makers — schedule follow-up meetings and visits, identify small and large office groups, and leave no location in your territory overlooked
- Complete all new agreements, site surveys, and network questionnaire documents to ensure successful installation of Digital Waiting Room screens
- Proactively schedule installation dates with offices and partner with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth onboarding and program handoff
- Train office staff on managing their waiting room screen, including custom messaging, ensuring every location is set up for success from day one
- Utilize Salesforce daily to report all recruitment activity, maintain accurate office status and account information, and upload all documents with 100% accuracy
- Super-serve installed offices by following up within one to two months of installation to confirm satisfaction and flag any risk of loss for immediate action
- Represent Mesmerize with professionalism and courtesy in every office interaction, making it a positive experience to work with us
- Attend team calls, trade shows, and conferences as directed, and submit expense reports accurately and on time
What Sets You Apart
- 2 to 5 years of experience in outside sales, field sales, or territory management, with comfort in daily in-person cold calling and door-to-door prospecting
- An AI-native mindset. You actively use tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or sales productivity platforms to research prospects, personalize outreach, and manage your territory more efficiently — and you can speak to the impact on your results
- Self-motivated, energetic, and entrepreneurial — you take ownership of your territory, think outside the box, and do not need close oversight to hit your numbers
- Highly organized with excellent time management and attention to detail — no open item, follow-up, or Salesforce entry falls through the cracks
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for both in-person and virtual interactions
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset — you share successes, obstacles, and best practices openly with the team
- Must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience preferred
- Dual language proficiency in English and Spanish preferred
- Bachelor's degree required
AI Capability Expectation
Candidates should be prepared to discuss how they are currently using AI in their sales or territory management work. This includes:
- Specific tools in active use and how they support prospecting, outreach, route planning, or CRM management
- Measurable impact such as improved recruitment rates, faster pipeline development, or more efficient territory coverage
- How you use AI to personalize outreach and office engagement while keeping every interaction authentic and relationship-driven
- Bonus: examples of AI-driven workflows or approaches that have directly contributed to territory performance or recruitment outcomes
Compensation Range
$55,000 to $65,000 base per year, plus commission, depending on qualifications. Eligible for annual company bonus program. Compensation will depend on factors including educational background, skills, and professional experience.
