Here is your opportunity to join the area’s premier fine dining team as a member of our professional front-of-house food service staff. The Server Assistant plays an important role in supporting servers and ensuring guests receive attentive, polished, and seamless service throughout their dining experience. This position is ideal for someone looking to grow within the hospitality industry and gain experience in upscale dining service.
JOB DUTIES
Assist servers with delivering food and beverages to guests promptly and professionally
Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked service stations throughout service
Refill water glasses and assist with bread, beverage, and table service as needed
Clear and reset tables efficiently while maintaining fine dining standards
Support smooth communication between kitchen and front-of-house staff
Polish silverware, glassware, and service items
Assist with table maintenance to ensure an exceptional guest experience
Stock linens, plates, ice, and restaurant supplies during shifts
Help prepare dining rooms and patios before service and assist with closing duties
Maintain cleanliness throughout dining areas, service stations, and back-of-house areas
Provide friendly, professional, and attentive guest interaction
Assist with banquet events, golf outings, weddings, and special events as needed
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards
Respond quickly and professionally to guest and team member requests
Help create a welcoming, polished, and memorable dining experience for members and guests
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to lift and carry trays, plates, glassware, and service items
Stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced fine dining environment
Capacity to bend, stoop, reach, and move quickly throughout shifts
Agility to navigate crowded dining rooms and service areas safely
Physical dexterity for carrying trays and performing detailed service tasks
Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as scheduled
Capacity to maintain professionalism and attention to detail under pressure
