NSW - ParramattaExciting new opportunity for RIC Coordinators to join our Telecommunications Division

The role is responsible for supporting company activities during build & upgrade phases. Complete 3G, 4G & 5G activities, from New Integrations, Upgrades and reconfigurations across all Vendors being used by our clients

The RIC Coordinator will be required manage site outages and assist field teams in site lock/unlocks. Additionally, they will be required to prepare HOPs (Handover Packs) for site acceptance, making suggestions for ongoing process improvement where required.

Key Responsibilities

• Reporting to RIC Manager
• Troubleshooting RAN and MME problems
• Troubleshooting Transmission, Antenna Line Device problems
• Support the Integration of Nokia, Ericsson & Huawei Equipment
• EnodeB status and handling Alarm analysis and clearance
• Use of customer databases and operational tools
• Updating tracking reports for internal use always ensuring accuracy
• Working within the wider team - review and accept Handover Packs
• Preparing and submitting HOP documents

Experience

• Over 3 years' experience as engineer in telecom field
• Experience of working on OMC / NMC
• Knowledge in 3G/4G LTE
• Knowledge in 5G Advantageous but not necessary
• Experience with Huawei, Nokia & Ericsson Equipment
• Scripting experience of Unix , Perl , SQL , XML , MS Access
• Fluent English and excellent clear telephone speech .
• Excellent Excel Skills and Experience
