
Workplace Services Manager, LATAM

The Administration Department takes the lead in developing an exceptional workplace experience across our regional offices. Responsibilities:
- Office & Space Management: Oversee and manage the physical workspace, including partnering with internal and external teams to dispatch and audit routine maintenance, manage internal ticketing system performance, support facility improvements, and optimize spatial utilization to boost productivity.
- Vendor & Contract Management: Lead vendor and supplier teams by improving KPIs, managing service delivery, creating vendor scope of work, and conducting performance reviews to optimize workplace services (e.g., cleaning, maintenance, contractors).
- Budget & Inventory Control: Manage, analyze, and optimize workplace investments. Track expenses, implement cost controls, and ensure regional offices are fully stocked with necessary supplies, inventory, and company signage.
- Company Culture & Event Planning: Partner with internal teams to manage the event team's organization of high-impact company events, meetings, and community activities (e.g., gifting, wellness programs, merchandise) that elevate the overall employee experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with key stakeholders across physical security, food services, real estate, and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) to maintain a seamless, safe, and welcoming environment.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Research, analyze, and leverage data to propose workplace improvements. Create clean visual reports to drive data-backed proposals and business cases.
- Project Leadership: Lead full-cycle small and large-scale projects (e.g., office moves, return-to-office strategies, regional events) with strong governance, tracking, and execution against tight deadlines.
- Technology & Sustainability: Manage workplace technology platforms (ticketing systems, internal communication forums) and drive green initiatives to improve sustainability within the workplace.
Minimum Qualification(s):
- 5+ years of experience in workplace management, office administration, or facilities management, supporting a large employee population.
- Experience managing budgets, tracking expenses, and driving small-to-large-scale project lifecycles from conception to execution.
- Experience managing external IFM contractors, suppliers, service level agreements (SLAs), and vendor performance reviews.
- Fluency in English with excellent written, oral, and presentation skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong operational ownership, excellent judgment, and the ability to make sound decisions in complex or fast-paced situations.
- Ability to travel within North and South America as required.
Preferred Qualification(s):
- Prior experience managing office operations or driving programs at a regional or cross-border level (such as LATAM).
- Proven track record of leading internal teams or external partners, with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Strong data-analysis skills with the ability to translate qualitative and quantitative metrics into strategic workplace solutions.
