Job Description
Support Developer .NET Senior
Requirements:
Must have:
Strong experience in .NET and .NET Core Framework development
Experience in application support and maintenance in production environments
Experience developing enhancements and improvements in existing systems
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
Experience managing and using CI/CD pipelines with GitHub
Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
Experience working with ITIL processes, Incidents, Changes, Work Requests, Problems
Ability to handle large‑scale or enterprise projects
Strong analytical skills and end‑to‑end issue resolution capability
Nice to Have
Experience working with Azure Functions and serverless architectures
Experience optimizing deployment pipelines and automation processes
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in Agile environments
Responsibilities:
Provide L3 support for .NET applications in production environments
Diagnose and resolve incidents, problems, and service requests following ITIL practices
Perform end‑to‑end troubleshooting across applications, integrations, and infrastructure
Develop and implement enhancements and improvements in existing applications
Manage and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub
Implement and manage infrastructure automation using Terraform
Monitor application performance and identify optimization opportunities
Apply hotfixes, patches, and corrective changes in production systems
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and operations teams
Participate in project activities and large‑scale initiatives
Ensure system stability, reliability, and uptime
Support change management processes and deployment activities
Document solutions, incidents, and technical improvements
Contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence
