Data & Reporting Specialist (Workforce Planning)

The Resource, Strategy and Optimization team is seeking a Data & Reporting Specialist, Workforce Planning to support data-driven decision-making across the Capital Projects Group (CPG). This role blends advanced analytics, data engineering, and workforce planning, with a strong emphasis on building scalable data solutions, automating workflows, and delivering actionable insights.
The successful candidate will work with large datasets to develop ETL pipelines, dashboards, and forecasting models, while supporting workforce planning activities such as demand forecasting, capacity planning, and resourcing analysis.
