Job Requirements
Work Experience
- Minimum 7 Years of Relevant DFT Experience
- Able to Lead a team and ensure team delivery to customer.
- Good Experience in Scan Insertion, Scan DRC Checks.
- Experience in Atpg,Mbist,Simulation,ijtag skills is MUST.
- Should have working knowledge in LBIST is Preferred.
- Good communication skills and Leadership skills.
