We are seeking a Merchandise Coordinator, focused with an emphasis on our Convenience and Outdoor operations. This role will be on-site at our Corporate Office in Overland Park, KS.
Summary of Position: Collaborate with the corporate retail department and stores to support any/all functions of buying and merchandising.

Summary of Position: Collaborate with the corporate retail department and stores to support any/all functions of buying and merchandising.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain inventory database with correct descriptions, vendor codes, tax codes, cost/prices, inactive items, to ensure accuracy
- Communicate with locations on database issues and general support
- Utilize reporting to support buying team and retail leadership
- Accurate and timely data entry, vendor communication, follow through delivery
- Understand company’s ISO management systems, policies, goals, and initiatives and meet the specific responsibilities within these areas, with a focus on upholding the highest level of quality
- Support in season inventory replenishment
- Maintain job related confidentiality
- Actively foster a positive work environment with a focus on teamwork
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate Microsoft office skills, with an emphasis on excel
- Efficiency with ICS system (POS and reporting)
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs occasionally and handle physical exertion involving bending, twisting, and squatting
Education and Experience:
Education: College or High School Diploma or equivalent experience
Experience: Two years retail experience preferred
