Sr. Operations Financial Analyst

What You will Do:

• Handle PO requests and provide backup support for others
• Provide Forecast for facilities/OPs
• Present findings and forecasts to Project Management group 
• Manage multiple vendor purchase orders and suppliers
• Coordinate with buyers, project managers and suppliers for invoicing process
• Supports finance with actuals reporting for facilities and Ops.

What You Will Bring:

• BS in finance or accounting with 3-5 years experience highly preferred
• Minimum of an AS degree in finance with 5-7 years operations experience in finance 
• SAP preferred
• Microsoft Office with emphasis in intermediate Excel skills a must
• Supply Chain knowledge beneficial
• Strong analytical and communication skill

 Pay Range: $74K to $77K

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

Work Requirements:

This role is a Hybrid position in support of our aerospace location in Rockford, ILL

• You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours. 
• Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs. 

Travel requirements: Due to the nature of the work, 0% travel is required.

Citizenship requirements: Due to the nature of work, US Citizenship is required.
