The Opportunity:
You will act as the central point of coordination for the onsite management team, leading operational support and projects to ensure flawless delivery, excellent communication flow, and precise and consistent delivery of business administration.

We’re looking for a Business Support Manager to join our Cambridge team - someone with high energy, strong organisational skills, experience of operating at a senior level and a passion for supporting organisations and driving operational excellence.
Salary: £35,000–£40,000 + benefits
What you’ll do
- Be the central coordination point and owner of administrative management.
- Direct best practice whilst ensuring positive stakeholder engagement.
- Lead meeting management, communications, documentation and daily operations.
- Deliver outstanding onboarding experiences and support our people processes.
- Improve systems, workflows and tools to enhance productivity.
- Propose, lead and support cross‑functional projects with structure, clarity and follow‑through.
- Represent the team with professionalism and a solutions‑oriented mindset.
What You Bring
- Proactive ownership – you see what needs to be done and act. Ability to thrive during change and manage multiple priorities.
- Provide organisation, prioritisation, and attention to detail under time pressure. Deliver flawless meeting management and action tracking.
- Outstanding MS Office experience and knowledge of AI and digital administrative tools.
- Line management and leadership capabilities/experience to initiate apprentice level intake to support business administration.
