Job Description
SUMMARY:
The Learning Facilitator II independently supports foundational banking training programs across multiple functional areas. This role serves as a facilitator and contributor to curriculum development, supporting consistent, high-quality learning experiences across the organization.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Maintain working knowledge of online learning platforms; provide backup and assist as needed
Deliver instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (vILT), and blended learning programs across all core banking topics and systems
Facilitate new hire onboarding programs and foundational skill development for associates at all levels
Provide coaching and reinforcement through follow-up sessions and on-the-job support
Update and maintain training materials, facilitator guides, and participant resources
Ensure all content reflects current policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and system updates
Apply instructional design best practices to create effective and engaging learning experiences
Customize training solutions for specific roles, departments, or business needs
Coordinate logistics for training sessions (scheduling, materials, rosters, tracking)
Maintain training records and learning management system (LMS) data accuracy
Support onboarding and enterprise-wide training initiatives
Gather feedback to continuously improve training programs
Support as back up to lending courses
Support change management efforts through training delivery
Provide guidance and support to Level I facilitators or new team members
Contribute to team projects and shared curriculum development efforts
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior banking experience, including operational knowledge across core functions
Prior experience delivering classroom or virtual training preferred

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Standing, walking, bending and stooping required
Must be able to sit at a desk for long periods of time and use a computer
Must be able to occasionally move or lift up to 10 pounds
May be asked to work supplemental hours periodically
Travel required occasionally during and after business hours
