High School Health Teacher

Kenner Discovery Health Sciences Academy seeks a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree teacher certified in High School Health Education. 2+ years experience working with high school students in a school setting preferred. ESL or Special Education certification is an asset. A strong candidate will demonstrate skill in delivering high‑quality health instruction, supporting student wellness, and contributing to a positive school culture. Assignment may include teaching additional courses based on school needs and teacher certification. Interest and ability to sponsor or coach one or more extracurricular clubs or sports outside of the regular school day is preferred. Summer professional development will be required. Position available August 2026.
