To support our Studio team in Milan, we are looking for a motivated Catalog Specialist @NET-A-PORTER @MR PORTER

Here's a breakdown of what you'll be doing:
- Enter and manage technical specifications and key product information on a
daily basis - Serve as the main point of contact for external stakeholders, requesting and
following up on missing technical details and product specifications - Support the Senior Catalog Specialist with product planning and task
coordination - Act as the first point of escalation for the team, helping to resolve day-to-day
technical, system, or information-related issues - Perform quality assurance (QA) checks on product data to ensure accuracy,
ToV alignment, and legal compliance before go-live - Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather product information
- Take ownership of updating resources for the Product Copy and Catalog teams,
including maintaining and adapting guidelines and documentation as needed - Ensure clothing racks, trolleys, and studio spaces remain organized and
efficient for everyday use
The type of person we are looking for:
- 2–3 years of experience in catalog management; experience within fashion,
design, or e-commerce is a plus - Solid understanding of fashion, including luxury brands, products, textiles, and
industry standards - Highly organized with excellent attention to detail, ensuring accurate and
consistent product information across brands and platforms - Proactive and solution-oriented, with a drive to improve processes and
workflows - Confident communicator, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional
teams and stakeholders - Comfortable taking ownership of tasks and projects, while supporting team
priorities and deadlines - Experienced in reviewing product data and conducting quality checks for
accuracy, ToV, and compliance - Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Skilled in MS Office, CMS systems, and other content or catalog management
platforms - Able to support and guide junior team members when needed, while continuing
to grow your own expertise
1. Starting annual gross base salary: €30.000. Final compensation may vary based on relevant experience, qualifications and objective, gender-neutral criteria applied during the selection process.
