LuxExperience is now seeking a talented Customer Insights Analyst to join the Team.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Be go-to expert for customer analytics and customer behavior models
- Create accessible, relevant, and actionable reports and dashboards, using multiple sources of data.
- Guide decision-making by providing strategic, action-oriented customer insights, highlighting potential business opportunities and risks.
- Take a leading role in the analytics team, championing best practices in advanced analytics, challenging the status quo, and advocating the use of data in decision-making across business stakeholders.
- Develop collaborative relationships with your business stakeholders and a deep understanding of their business areas, enabling you to develop hypotheses and make relevant, credible recommendations based on data-driven customer insights.
- Be a stakeholder in the data platform team, working collaboratively to develop a platform suitable for your analytical needs.
WHO YOU ARE
- At least three years of experience in a (customer) analytics or data science role in a digital environment, ideally in e-commerce or fashion, with a demonstrable track record in influencing and delivering business impact using data analyses and behavioral modellings
- Must have an advanced working knowledge of SQL, including data blending and manipulation, query optimization, stored procedures, execution plans, and ETL integration
- Must have experience in customer behavioral predictive modelling (Python, R).
- Experience using Tableau and Power BI is a plus
- Experience working in a big-data environment with large, complex, and variously sourced data sets.
