Senior Lead Engineer - PCB Layout

Job Description

Seeking a Senior PCB Layout Engineering role with 5+ years of experience in Battery Management Systems (BMS) and multi-layer PCB design to deliver robust, production-ready layout designs.

Essential Functions

· Layout design experience of 5+ years using Altium Designer is mandatory.
· Collaborate with hardware design engineers to ensure seamless integration of schematic design with layout.
· Analyse inputs and start PCB layout activities, PCB footprint library management, and Netlist import.
· Implementing mechanical constraints and perform High-density component placement.
· Constraint set-up and verification.
· Implemented DFM/DFT feedback.
· Generate output files of the design like Fabrication (Gerber), Assembly, and Bill of Materials.
· Work with PCB manufacturer to solve Fabrication and assembly-related issues.
· Experience in basic bench testing would be a good to have skill to ensure optimal DFT based design
