Lead R&D Engineer/Scientist

Lead and manage projects in our RF/Radar team in Advanced Tech performing engineering design and manage project proposal efforts.  As a proactive Project Manager, you will partner closely with research teams and stakeholders to independently manage projects from proposal through delivery. This role drives operational excellence through disciplined execution, fiscal accountability, and strategic value driven mindset that ensures research work delivers measurable business impact.
