Who We’re Looking For / The Role
We are looking for a hands-on Ecommerce builder to grow and scale our Thailand ecommerce business from the ground up. As a member of Blood Thailand’s pioneering team, you will work hand-in-hand with the National Key Account Manager and Senior Brand Manager to accelerate growth and make Blood a household name.
This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role where you’ll own both strategy and execution, with full ownership to localise our ecommerce strategy and drive execution and initiatives that challenge the dominance of established multinationals.
Core Responsibilities:
Ecommerce Setup & Launch (30%)
- Lead the end-to-end setup of ecommerce channels including navigating local ecommerce/B2C regulatory landscape (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, live-stream selling, DTC/Shopify)
- Establish online store infrastructure:
- Optimised, brand-aligned PDPs
- Product listings, pricing strategy, and promotion plans
- Fulfilment and last-mile logistics coordination
- Ecommerce customer service
Ecommerce Sales Ownership & Growth Execution (30%)
- Own and drive ecommerce GMV and sales targets for Thailand
- Accelerate growth through:
- Platform campaigns (e.g. double-digit, payday, mega campaigns)
- Tactical promotions (e.g. bundles, vouchers, flash deals)
- Always-on performance marketing
- Optimise digital marketing execution and spends based on performance and ROI and identify opportunities for reallocation and incremental investments
Growth Hacking & Experimentation (20%)
- Drive rapid experimentation across:
- PDP optimisation (images, copy, bundles)
- Pricing and promo mechanics
- Ad creatives and targeting
- Optimise key metrics:
- CTR, ATC, CVR, AOV, ROAS
- Identify quick wins to accelerate early traction and proof of concept
Platform & Partner Management (10%)
- Own relationships with key ecommerce marketplace platforms
- Negotiate for visibility, placements, and campaign support
- Manage local partners (e.g. fulfilment, enablers, agencies)
Cross-Functional Collaboration (10%)
- Work closely with regional teams:
- Marketing (campaigns, content, digital assets, influencers)
- Operations (demand planning, inventory, fulfilment)
- Ecommerce (best practices and playbooks)
- Work closely with local NKAM and SBM to ensure strong alignment between marketing campaigns, online demand, and offline distribution
