Our products are sold across Malaysia, Indonesia, and Singapore, both direct-to-consumer online and in more than 9,000 retail stores - making more than 12 million periods better so far.

Who we’re looking for

We invite a driven, forward-thinking sales person to grow our brand and product sales, with a large focus on scalable channels in Indonesia such as Shopee and TikTok LIVE. You will be the tip of the spear in executing sales strategies and tactics that will not only achieve ambitious revenue targets, but also increase brand awareness and brand love as we collectively work to reach our next million users as a period care challenger brand.


Core Responsibilities:


===120 Livestream hours/month monthly KPI===


Shopee and TikTok LIVE Sales (80%)

As the face of our brand during live sales, you'll take on the exciting challenge of driving revenue growth through TikTok & Shopee's platform. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Create LIVE promo from the master pricelist and hosting engaging LIVE sales sessions on TikTok & Shopee

  2. Developing and executing sales and promotion strategies and tactics during live sessions to maximize product reach and conversion. This could involve pre-sales engagements with our viewers, product demonstrations, promotional announcements, and live Q&As.

  3. Collaborating with our marketing, creative and ecommerce teams to ensure brand consistency and effectiveness of promotional materials used during live sales.

  4. Monitoring real-time audience interactions and dynamically adjusting your selling techniques to engage viewers and boost sales.

  5. KPIs for this role will include the number of live sessions conducted, viewer engagement, and sales & conversions achieved during each live session.


Review & Analyze / Plan / Reporting (20%)

  1. Meticulously report and analyze each LIVE sales session and events. Provide insights to help the team optimize future sales efforts.

  2. Plan and prepare new sales demo tactics / scripts.
