Job Description

ASMO is a groundbreaking joint venture between DHL and Saudi Aramco. Inheriting DHL’s logistics excellence and Saudi Aramco’s extensive supply chain ecosystem, we are here to set a new benchmark and redefine the procurement and supply chain landscape, enabling growth.

ASMO aims to provide reliable end-to-end integrated procurement and supply chain services for companies across the industrial, energy, chemical, and petrochemical sectors. Our focus customers in the short term will be Saudi Aramco and its Affiliates. In the long term, all the industrial sectors within Saudi Arabia aim to reach the MENA region.

Objective:

The role holder supports the inbound processes at the ASMO site, ensuring the accurate and timely receipt of materials for production and operational activities. 

General Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the receiving and inspection of inbound materials under the guidance of the Inbound Supervisor.
  • Work closely with the Inbound Supervisor to address any discrepancies in received materials.
  • Responsible for accurate and timely documentation of received materials in the inventory system. 
  • Assist in maintaining organized and up-to-date records of inbound activities.
  • Provide support in communicating with suppliers to coordinate deliveries and obtain necessary information. 
  • Inform the Inbound Supervisor of any issues or delays in material deliveries. 
  • Work as part of the inbound team to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of materials. 
  • Collaborate with team members to address any day-to-day challenges and tasks. 
  • Seek guidance from the Inbound Supervisor to improve performance and understanding of inbound processes.
  • Support in the Inbound Supervisor in maintaining organized storage of materials in the designated areas.
  • Assist in period inventory checks and audits as directed.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines established by the Inbound Supervisor.
  • Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly to ensure a secure working environment.
  • Identify and report any issues or challenges encountered during the inbound process to the Inbound Supervisor.
  • Collaborate with the team to find solutions and improvements. 
  • Regularly update the Inbound Supervisor on the progress of inbound activities. 

Qualifications:

  • High School or Diploma required.
  • High School or Diploma required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written English.
