What You’ll Do
HRG Accountabilities
Advises and partners with functional / departmental Managers and below clients on multiple aspects of HR, including but not limited to, HR best practices, policies, procedures and regulation, communication and change management initiatives, and other programs that support the business in achievng its objectives.
Responsible for relevant key HR metrics for his/her client area and works with manager to dive to root cause and develop and execute appropriate follow-up actions where needed
Building trustful cooperation with the stakeholders including obtaining approval on new hires and terminations.
Providing direction and expertise to professionally execute corporate policies and HR programs ensuring appropriate and agreed levels of quality including briefing and training.
Participate in cross-functional communication and the transfer of learning and best practice sharing within the HR network.
Partner with other HR areas to ensure smooth operation of ongoing HR practices.
Talent Acquistion Accountabilities
Execution to support Employer Brand, Social Media (internal and external), Reporting, Compliance/Diversity and Training strategies led by ASEAN TA Lead as part of the talent acquisition model.
Supported by ASEAN TA Lead, Talent Acquisition Systems and Operations and Director of Talent Acquisition to align to regional best-practices, processes, and process improvement, programs and systems requirements.
•Prepare and analyze talent acquisition reports to monitor cost per hire, time to fill and other talent acquisition metrics.
•Local vendor operation on recruitment activities ensuring Service Level Agreements are being met .
•Invoice management (preparation and relevant reporting), verification, and payment processing for recruitment activities ( agencies and vendors etc).
• Advising managers on- and assisting with onboarding new hires, conducting exit interviews, and analyzing turnover data.
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor degree of 8 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 6 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to build good relationship with internal stakeholders.
Resilience, energetic and positive attitude.
