Job Description
Open Until Filled GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Under limited supervision at the senior level, examines, evaluates and completes appraisal techniques for Department assessed industries operating across state and county boundaries as defined in W.S. 39-13-102(m)(ii-ix) utilizing Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice, generally accepted appraisal procedures to determine valuation for taxation and for certification of taxable values to counties.
