Step into one of our Billund-based roles as Director for Entertainment IPs (Stories) Portfolio & Marketing Strategy and lead the way in combining strategy with creativity to elevate our partnerships with iconic entertainment IPs!
Core Responsibilities
Stories is the biggest passion in the LEGO group. We are the home at the LEGO group of the largest entertainment IPs in the world- from Star Wars™ Disney® … to One Piece™ and others. This role’s core responsibilities are:
Strategy: responsible for the Stories Passion Strategy, you will use consumer insight and business analytics data to define the opportunities to grow the Stories passion across consumer groups, Franchises and market groups.
Portfolio & Performance: track the commercial performance of the global portfolio and see opportunities for optimization. In close collaboration with the different franchises you will recommend the portfolio including portfolio size, shape, and pricing for Stories Passion.
Marketing Communications: drive end to end the cross-franchise activities in the global marketing calendar. Champions marketing innovation through partner, cross-functional and ecosystem collaboration.
Consumer Insights (GI): In collaboration with Global Insights keeps a finger on the pulse of culture, the entertainment IP's, their fans and their ecosystem.

Do you have what it takes?
We are looking for a strong holistic marketing leader that combines strong business and analytic skills with the ability to think creatively and innovatively.
Extensive experience in high-profile marketing roles, consulting, or strategy, with a strong cultural awareness and passion for entertainment and culture marketing.
Skilled in crafting compelling storytelling and translating complex data into effective strategies, combining commercial experience with marketing and communication expertise.
Thrives in agile, interconnected matrix organizations, demonstrating strong collaboration and team-building skills with great influencing abilities.
Ambitious, confident, and curious, excels under pressure while managing multiple priorities with analytical skills and creative, innovative thinking.
Strong relationship builder and team player, known for effective collaboration and influence in diverse environments.
Bonus points for:
Experience working with Partnerships and licensed products in the entertainment, music, gaming &/or sports industry
Experience unlocking shared partnership value through marketing activities.
