Job Description
- Resolve and mediate conflicts, risks, priorities and tradeoffs, helping the core team coordinate next steps, build consensus, and land in solution space.
- Ensure hardware specification deliverables are met at each design phase.
- Lead new design concept features through exploration, prototyping, and implementation to mass production.
- Partner with Product Design (PD)/Engineering Program Management (EPM)/Cross-Functional (XFN) leads to assessing the technical feasibility of the system integration and program schedule.
- Communicate across system level issues.
