Overview We are seeking a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment across Publicis Media agencies and business functions. The role requires partnering closely with hiring managers, driving hiring strategies, building talent pipelines, and ensuring exceptional candidate experience while supporting business growth objectives. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding. Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities. Handle hiring across media, digital, analytics, strategy, technology, corporate, and business support functions. Develop sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, networking, and market mapping. Drive candidate engagement and ensure a seamless recruitment experience. Conduct screening and evaluation to assess candidate fitment. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Track recruitment metrics, maintain hiring dashboards, and provide executive reporting. Collaborate with HR stakeholders to ensure smooth offer management and onboarding processes. Drive recruitment process improvements and support employer branding initiatives. Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular hiring updates to leadership teams. Ensure adherence to hiring timelines, quality metrics, and recruitment SLAs. Additional information 3–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment. Candidate from Media background is preferrable Experience handling end-to-end hiring across multiple business functions. Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills. Expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and market intelligence. Strong communication, negotiation, and candidate management capabilities. Proficiency in recruitment analytics and reporting. Ability to thrive in fast-paced and high-growth environments. Prior exposure to media, advertising, digital, consulting, or agency hiring will be preferred.
