Overview Razorfish is seeking a Sr. Designer. You will be determining initial design strategy to final sign-off, you will be involved in all phases of design development with a strong focus on execution. You will often work on several projects at a time under the direction of a design lead. Applying your passion for visual storytelling, your eye for detail, and your ability to work within and evolve established design systems. You’ll shape brand evolution through smart design and strategic thinking, in close collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams. PLEASE NOTE: Preference will be given to candidates who are local to the Houston, Chicago, Detroit, Atlanta, or Miami metros and willing to commit to a hybrid schedule of 4 days/week on average. Responsibilities Design from early concepts through final delivery across brand, digital, and campaign work, using design systems and guidelines Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to ensure design is built in from the start Design alongside your team, giving clear, practical feedback and direction Balance multiple projects with speed, rigor, and strong attention to detail Present work confidently to senior leadership, clearly explaining design decisions Stay current on digital trends, design best practices, and emerging tools Contribute to a range of projects, working with creative leads and project managers to ensure timelines and deliverables are met Manage your time and priorities effectively to meet deadlines and project goals Qualifications 5-7 years of hands‑on design experience (agency, in‑house, or both) Experience working on Fortune 50 brands is strongly preferred, but not mandatory Strong foundation in design systems, typography, layout, color, and accessibility Expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite ; comfortable working within brand guidelines Motion design and/or 3D experience is a plus AI tool/Workflow experience is a plus A strong portfolio that showcases your eye for layout, typography, color, interaction, system design, strong craft, clear thinking, and problem‑solving High standards, sharp attention to detail, and genuine passion for the work Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders and ability to independently prioritize on behalf of the team Proven success in driving multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality work Please include resume with portfolio link Additional information The Power of One starts with our people! This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
