Program Background 

The Economic and Social Infrastructure Program (ESIP) is an Australian Government Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) program implemented by DT Global.

Under strategic direction from DFAT officials at the Australian High Commission in PNG, ESIP is delivering a range of activities and policy initiatives in the energy, telecommunications and water sectors. ESIP is also supporting PNG’s state-owned enterprise performance improvement program and delivering social infrastructure planning, design, and construction services.

The Role 
The Videographer/Editor will be responsible for producing high-quality video content that strengthens organisational storytelling, enhances visibility of programmes, and supports delivery of ESIP priorities.

The role addresses current limitations in content production capacity by providing in-house capability to plan, shoot, edit, and deliver timely and cost-effective video content.

About You

  • Qualifications in communications, journalism, marketing or a related discipline will be highly regarded

  • Proven record of producing clear, accurate and engaging written and visual content for diverse audiences with strong editing and quality assurance skills

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in videography and video editing

  • Proven experience in videography and video editing

  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects)

  • Some knowledge and / or understanding of applying GEDSI and safeguards principles
