Job Description:
This role supports the Shift Production Manager in managing the daily operations of the Filling Team, covering the entire process from empty packaging to finished goods. The position contributes to maintaining the plant’s competitiveness in safety, quality, service, productivity, cost, people, and sustainability, while ensuring delivery of key production KPIs such as FTPR, OEE, PSA, and Yield.
1.Ensure full compliance with HSSE policies and regulations in all filling operations, consistently meeting HSSE objectives and OMS requirements.
2.Ensure all filling operations are executed in accordance with approved SOPs and Work Instructions (WI), with processes properly controlled and standardized.
3.Execute filling operations in line with the production plan and schedule, ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.
4.Support the Shift Production Manager in developing and updating filling and packaging procedures, ensuring readiness for plant commissioning and start-up activities.
5.Support the Shift Production Manager in monitoring and maintaining key Filling KPIs (e.g., FTPR, OEE, PSA,Yield).
6.Take ownership of empty packaging and labeling operations to ensure high-quality finished goods packaging.
7.Support cost control initiatives in filling operations to ensure expenses are managed within the approved budget.
8.Ensure effective implementation and sustainment of 5S practices within the Filling area.
9.Support the development and execution of annual training and improvement plans for third-party service providers
