Activities
- Own the administration and continuous improvement of Salesforce, ensuring platform performance, stability, and scalability
- Manage users, access controls, and system configurations
- Build and optimize reports, dashboards, and automation to support business insights and efficiency
- Customize and enhance the Service Cloud console and related components aligned with business needs
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive timely resolutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions and support integrations/data processes
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in a System Administrator role
- Strong experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Visualforce
- Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and automation tools
- Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
- Familiarity with tools such as VS Code, Workbench, Data Loader, and ANT
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications: Platform Administrator (required). Platform Developer and Service Cloud Consultant (preferred), Field Service Consultant (nice to have)
- Experience with Salesforce Communities and Service Cloud customization
- Knowledge of SQL, XML, and JavaScript for integrations and data handling
- Experience working in agile or cross-functional environments
