Compensation: $90,000 - $105,000 / year

As a BCBA at Blue Jay ABA, you’ll play a vital role in creating lasting, positive change for children with ASD while enjoying flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and a strong work–life balance. We are actively seeking Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who are motivated to make a difference and excited to grow with a company that truly values their expertise and dedication.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments and reassessments
- Create individualized treatment plans
- Provide supervision and support to BTs/RBTs
- Conduct Parent Training sessions
- Develop and monitor data collection for all treatment goals
- Coordinate care with other professionals
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in ABA and related fields.
- Promote and maintain a healthy work-life balance for all team members
