Building Maintenance Technician II - Full Time

- Provides preventative maintenance and repairs of all mechanical equipment (i.e. air, plumbing, electrical).- Active team member in all aspects of the Facilities Department., including but not limited to, painting, cleaning, preventative maintenance, filter changes, moving material. This work will be performed inside and outside of the Facility. - Troubleshoot all equipment operations (i.e. electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration).- Informs supervisor of any trends or recurring problems with equipment or construction.- Must be able to perform electrical, HVAC, plumbing or carpentry if requested by a member of management. - Must be certified in a skilled construction or building maintenance trade, i.e. Carpenter, Carpet Layer, Plumber, Pipe Fitter, Electrician, HVAC Technician...
