Job Description
The candidate must be able to successfully manage, prioritize and close searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understand how to prioritize. They thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can roll up their sleeves, work hard, have fun, and get the job done. The best candidates will draw on extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition and have sharp business acumen, forging dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and HR business partners. They have a reputation for being exceptional at candidate generation, client/account management, are highly organized, effective communicators, possess the ability to prioritize, push back, and demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, all while being highly customer focused and collaborative.
Key job responsibilities
• Screen and interview candidates to build qualified candidate slates within consistent timelines, maintaining high offer-to-interview ratios through deep understanding of hiring manager preferences.
• Partner with hiring teams to develop effective recruitment strategies that meet business needs while managing expectations through clear ROI understanding.
• Recruit and assess active and passive candidates by gauging fitment and understanding motivations, building and maintaining a strong network through proactive market research and relationship management.
• Ensure interview team preparedness by communicating effectively across all management levels and providing exceptional candidate experience as a candidate advocate.
• Develop written recruitment plans with clear deliverables, timelines, and formal tracking processes.

- Bachelor's degree, or Master's degree
- 3+ years of full-time industry work experience
- Experience owning and executing the process to identify and attract talent for immediate business needs, as well as for critical long-term talent pipelines
- Experience managing multiple projects, prioritizing, planning, and managing time
