Job Description

Position Summary

Enforce, maintain and expand the market  for better relationships with target players;

Develop and maintain customer base in order to drive performance to reach Sales KPI.

Primary Responsibility

•Attract and identify new customers through casino marketing campaigns and external resources
•Provide quality service to customers and respond to customer requests in a timely and courteous manner
•Coordinate clients' itineraries and arrange pick-up and drop-off services
•Learn your customers’ preferences and personalize them on every visit to increase loyalty

Requirements

• Have relevant work experience
• Fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and good English communication skills
• Willing to work shifts
• 21 years or older
